Toyota Rent-a-Car Assistant 

Our Toyota-Rent-a-Car business is booming! We need help to keep our customers moving.  Persons with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and CAN DO attitude are essential! 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet rental customers and assist them in renting their Toyota Rent-a-Car
  • Take reservations, process paperwork as necessary, collect and refund money
  • Locate and retrieve rental vehicles on the lot, check for damage before rental and upon return
  • Organize the rental desk if necessary, complete filing and other administrative items
  • Take payments from Boutique and Snack Bar customers
  • Pick up customers if necessary and return them to the dealership to complete paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School diploma or GED, current and active Driver License, computer skills, attention to details.
