New Car Director

Lost Pines Toyota dealership is currently hiring for a New Car Director. Responsibilities for this position would include the following:

• Monitor new vehicle inventory levels, allocations and ordering
• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans
• Hire, train and retain Sales Managers
• Assist sales managers in hiring and training sales staffs
• Develop programs to increase and maintain high CSI scores
• Insure sales managers and staff interact productively with BDC departments.
• Manage and increase after sale production
