Service Assistant - Lost Pines Toyota

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic individual who will help our service advisors provide extraordinary customer service.  Your day will include answering incoming calls, confirming appointments, working with vendors, assisting with rental vehicles, helping with customer needs, and more!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for the service advisors
• Confirm appointments and set appointments
• Work with outside vendors such as extended warranty companies
• Follow-up with customers after work is complete
• Handle routine paperwork for service advisors
• Assist with moving vehicles as necessary
• Collaborate with our Rental department on behalf of customers
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Learn to write up, process, and close repair orders
• Act as a backup cashier when service advisor is busy
• Other tasks as assigned
