Staff Accountant

Lost Pines Toyota has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant.  The Staff Accountant will perform traditional accounting duties related to monthly accounting close.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly Working Capital Reports
• Maintains all company checkbooks and financial reports
• Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Maintains fixed assets and books monthly depreciation
• Maintenance, reports, and answer questions from management
• Quarterly reporting for State and Federal Forms and other financial reporting
• Maintains Unclaimed Property files and reports to the state on a yearly basis
• Monthly reporting for advertising and coupons
• Special Projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree required and 1-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)

CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.
