Lost Pines Toyota is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals with excellent drive and customer service skills to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet each customer promptly upon arrival at dealership.
• Understand and implement dealership sales process, CRM Software
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Complete write up sheets for customer and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
• Test drive vehicles with customers, following proper procedures
• Work with managers on the appraisal and sell the appraisal to customer
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
• Follow up on all post-delivery items, “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Maintain a prospect development system including using the business development center
• Stay informed of current vehicle inventory and location
• Track changing vehicle market conditions and incentives
• Monitor service drive traffic, contacting customers for test drive opportunities
• Maintain Customer Service Index, gross average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Record all lot traffic – name, email, and phone number
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
• Attend sales meetings and special events as scheduled
• Other tasks as assigned
