Office Manager – Lost Pines Toyota
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within a fast-paced automotive dealership. This role is critical in ensuring efficient office processes, accurate financial documentation, and compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including accounting, billing, and administrative functions
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank statements, schedules, and general ledger accounts
Process vehicle deals, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
Supervise and support office staff, including scheduling and workflow coordination
Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare reports for management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Coordinate with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth deal processing
Handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred
Three or more years of experience in office management, accounting, or administrative leadership within an automotive dealership or similar environment
Familiarity with dealership management systems and standard accounting practices is preferred
